Payment Statement Page may reflect payments not honored by the Bank. Service Disconnection Full payment or current charges payment are due on the deadline shown on your bill. PREPA can disconnect your service anytime after sending notice of service disconnection. Warning: all payments made on the due date will not be credited on that date.
