Division in charge by the purchase,
embarks, receipt, inspection and administration of goods,
necessary equipment and materials for the operation,
conservation and construction in Puerto Rico Electric Power
Authority. It administers, among others, the Department of
Purchases, which has the function to establish and to administer
the norms, procedures, and laws that regulate the purchases.
It administers, in addition, the Suppliers Register Office,
which has the function to maintain a file of natural or legal
people credited by the Administration of General Services of the
Commonwealth of Puerto Rico (ASG), to replace necessary goods
and services to them or for the purchase of personal or
immovable property. |
