For better communication while you visit our site, use Internet

This Website was optimized to run on a screen resolution of 800
x 600 pixels with 16 Bit color or higher. If images on your
screen are not clear, try increasing the amount of colors, if
your computer allows it. Refer to the User's Manual of
your computer for instructions on how to make this change.

Our Website was built in a simple way so that is easy for you to

Navigation
Our goal is to provide an easy navigation through the website.
To make this easy, we have made sure that our navigation bar is
always visible on the pages and that our Home Page has easy
access from the Home button. Yow will always find certain
buttons available throughout the site:

Clicking on the icons on the
top border of the page allows you to access individual sections.
When you move the mouse over this icons they change their
appearance to show that there is a link (another way to identify
links is the cursor - when it moves over a link changes to a
pointing hand). When inside a designated area of a
specific Section, the browser submenu will be shown over the
Section icon. Clicking on the text of the submenu will
take you to the page dedicated to that Section and where you
will find other submenus. There are Sections with a third
level of navigation.
