PREPA
has to comply with the Federal Clean Water Act and EPA and
EQB regulations to ensure that its emissions have the least
possible impact in our ecosystems. PREPA invested
over $6 million during fiscal year
2001-02
to comply with all these water regulations.
PREPA has achieved 98% compliance with
the Clean Water Act. |
